Gene cloning
Plasmid is a circular fragment independent of host DNA that is capable of self-replication, and can be transferred between bacteria. Therefore, if gene editing is performed on the plasmid, and then the characteristics of plasmid which can enter the host such as E.coli can be used, this enables the host to produce the desired substances or characteristics, such as drug resistant gene screening or recombinant protein expression.
TANBead provides plasmid DNA Extraction Reagent Kits (6PE series), which can extract plasmid DNA from common E. coli strain., with automatic nucleic acid extraction instruments of different throughputs. The high-quality extracted plasmid DNA can be used for PCR/ agarose gel electrophoresis analysis/ restriction enzyme cleavage, so that bacteria can express desired products.
