TANBead (6797) announced today that it has been strategically cooperating with Advantech to co-produce a new generation of “Switchable Multifunctional Extractor” with automatic magnetic bead cell sorting function, and mass production will begin in July. The new product is targeted at customers in Europe and South America to enhance the localized filling production of nucleic acid reagents and to create a long-lasting order effect.
Abby Zhang pointed out that the post-epidemic conversion of TANBead is mainly a strategy of changing from a passive to a proactive approach by exchanging profits for long-lasting orders, which is achieved through two modes. The first is to help partners enter ODM to earn long-term and stable profits. Secondly, we have integrated the front-end module with international manufacturers to convert the original manpower into automated extraction, which saves cost and has better extraction activity.
According to market research reports, the global cell therapy market has a strong demand with an average annual compound growth rate of 18%. The "Switchable Multifunctional Extractor" developed by the company can be flexibly applied to various testing throughputs and sample sizes, allowing the cells to maintain the activity after sorting, and to meet the needs of scientific research, as well as to play a role in the field of cellular therapy.
