This TANBead Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (61P series products with OptiPure FFPE DNA Auto Tube/ Plate) utilizes the nano-magnetic bead based nucleic acid extraction system, together with the exclusive patented whirl stir-mixing automated nucleic acid extraction benchtop instrument, which can automatically extract DNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. In the extraction process, there is no need to use traditional common toxic organics such as xylene. Thus, downstream detection such as PCR/ qPCR/ companion diagnosis/ Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) can be continued to proceed without multiple washings with organic solvents.
