This TANBead Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (62P series products with OptiPure FFPE RNA Auto Tube/ Plate) utilizes the nano-magnetic bead based nucleic acid extraction system, together with the exclusive patented whirl stir-mixing automated nucleic acid extraction benchtop instrument, which can automatically extract RNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. In the extraction process, there is no need to use traditional common toxic organics such as xylene. Thus, downstream detection such as RT-PCR/ RT-qPCR/ companion diagnosis/ Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) can be continued to proceed without multiple washings with organic solvents. It can also be applied to cancer research and diagnosis, medication adjustment and other applications. This reagent kit product is intended for medical diagnosis or scientific research.
