TANBead OptiPure cfDNA kit (91C series)
This TANBead Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (91C series product with OptiPure cfDNA Auto Kit) utilizes the nano-magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction system, together with the exclusive patented whirl stir-mixing automated nucleic acid extraction benchtop instrument, which can automatically extract cfDNA from blood specimens. With the Maelstrom 2410 automatic nucleic acid extractor, the maximum sample volume can be extracted using 4mL serum or plasma. The extracted cfDNA product can be applied to PCR / qPCR / companion disease diagnosis / Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) to help determine tumor growth and regression or cancer diagnosis. This reagent kit product is intended for medical diagnosis or scientific research.
