HBV DNA Extraction, 615 series

Taiwan Advanced Nanotech Inc. develops and manufactures TANBead Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (615 series products with HBV Auto Tube/ Plate). Together with the TANBead automated nucleic acid extraction benchtop instrument, HBV DNA can be isolated and purified from various specimens, which can be provided to clinical research and inspection laboratory units for subsequent molecular detection (Real-Time PCR). The detection operation procedure is very simple. The user mixes the processed sample or serum with proteinase K and then adds it to the HBV auto tube/ plate of the TANBead viral nucleic acid extraction reagent kit. Using the TANBead nucleic acid extractor, select the viral nucleic acid extraction program for lysis, washing and elution. It only takes approximately 40 minutes to complete the viral nucleic acid extraction, and the purified nucleic acid products can be directly analyzed at the back-end, such as Real-Time PCR, RT-PCR, etc., for clinical research and inspection laboratory units.
